No 2 @ The Rocketrooms is tucked away behind the commercial shops on Marygate. Accessed via a secure door and a communal alleyway shared with other on-site apartments, this quiet apartment offers privacy while being conveniently close to the town’s main amenities.
Entrance Hallway
The apartment is accessed through a communal secure door which is shared with another apartment in the building. Apartment 2 is located on the second floor.
Bedroom
As you enter through the door to Apartment 2, you’ll be greeted with a spacious double bedroom with a comfortable super king-sized bed, two arms chairs, a dressing table and a Smart TV. Two internal doors lead into a kitchen and a bathroom.
Kitchen
The fully functioning kitchen features an oven, hob, integrated fridge and microwave. There’s also a two-seater breakfast table in the kitchen to enjoy a homecooked meal or takeaway.
Bathroom
The bathroom has been finished to a luxury standard which features a toilet, wash hand basin and a bath with shower overhead.
Parking:
Unfortunately, there is no parking for the apartment. The closest free parking is at The Maltings and/or Quayside Car Park which are both within 5-minute walking distance.
Pets:
A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome, however, they must be fully house-trained, well-behaved and must not be left unaccompanied in the house. Dogs must not go on furniture or beds. We do not accept dogs under 12 months old.
