The spacious lounge boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, two sofas, and armchairs, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. A cozy multi-fuel log burner adds warmth for relaxing evenings. Sliding doors open onto a decked terrace with stunning lake views.

This luxurious room features a super king-sized bed, a private balcony with scenic views, and an en-suite bathroom.

Squirrel’s Leap offers a tranquil lakeside setting with a fully enclosed decked garden, perfect for unwinding. The outdoor dining area and BBQ make it ideal for al fresco dining in the warmer months.
Parking:
There is an allocated parking space for one vehicle, with overflow car parking nearby. Electric car charging is available on site on a first come first serve basis.
Please Note:
Please note the Lower Mill Estate is a nature reserve and has strict rules about noise and loud parties. Loud noise is not allowed on the estate after 10pm and this is enforced by security. Stag and Hen parties are not allowed.
The Spa and most other Estate facilities are complementary but please note they are separate entities and not owned or managed by the owner. This means the owner is not responsible or liable if the Spa or other Estate facilities are closed or restricted or unavailable during your stay.
Please note the spa does not provide towels so if you wish to use the spa or pools, please bring towels from home with you. You can book the tennis courts by adding your name to the clipboard by the court.
