Entrance Hallway
As you enter the apartment through the front door, you’ll be greeted with an entrance hallway with space to hang your coat and leave your shoes. To the right, there are stairs leading up to the main apartment and to the open-plan living area.
First Floor:
Open Plan Living Area
As you get to the top of the stairs, you’ll enter into the bright open-plan living area. With the apartment being south-facing, the large Georgian windows let in tons of light from dawn till dusk. In the lounge area, there is a beautiful navy blue L-shaped sofa, with a smart TV on the wall which has access to Freeview TV and streaming services. There is also a space-saving dining table to seat On the other side, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with grey cabinets and worktops. Everything is provided to cater for yourself, the apartment provides an oven, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and more. The internal door leads into a small hallway, with the bedrooms and bathroom accessed from here.
Master Bedroom
Beautifully decorated in navy, yet bright, the Master Bedroom has a super king-sized bed with bedside tables, a dressing table and a chair. All bed linens are provided.
Second Bedroom
A spacious second bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and an armchair.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a toilet, wash hand basin and a single shower cubicle.
Parking
A visitor's guest parking permit is provided inside the home and permits parking for one vehicle in the residential parking permit bays ACROSS THE ROAD on Church Street which are marked residential only. Please be mindful that other parking is restricted, timings for these can be found on the posts in the street and will require a parking disc.
Pet Rules:
Little Edge accepts one well behaved dog. A small fee per stay applies.

Within the historic walls of Berwick-Upon-Tweed, Little Edge is only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the town where you’ll find fabulous restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. Only a short distance from the seafront and pier, a great walk on a sunny day or a wintery day. A location with a rich history to be learnt, unexpected sights and undiscovered territory.
Berwick-Upon-Tweed is the ideal base to explore the Northumberland coast with Bamburgh Castle only a 30-minute drive away and the Scottish Border 3 miles away.
Berwick-Upon-Tweed is the furthest North of Northumberland county but easily accessible to other popular locations if you are travelling by car, such as Bamburgh, Alnmouth, Alnwick, Seahouses, Craster, Warkworth and many more.
With a train station only a short walk away from Little Edge, your perfect couple or small family getaway is easily reachable from all parts of England and Scotland with regular trains coming from Newcastle, Edinburgh and London Kings Cross. Whether you are travelling by train or wanting to visit nearby iconic cities, Berwick-Upon-Tweed is a great location to hop on a train and explore.
If you are travelling by plane, the nearest airport to Berwick-Upon-Tweed is Newcastle Airport (51.9 miles away) or Edinburgh (54.3 miles away) and from then on a direct train to the town.
