Room 2 at The Old Library is a modern, first-floor double room within a four-bedroom shared house in the heart of Eyemouth.
The bedroom is completely private and has its own designated bathroom, located next door along the hallway and reserved exclusively for guests staying in Room 2. The spacious kitchen and dining area is shared with guests staying in the property’s other three rooms. Offering a comfortable and convenient base for short stays, the accommodation is particularly well suited to contractors and business travellers, although leisure guests are equally welcome.
The private room features a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers for personal storage and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The private bathroom includes a toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower.
The shared kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, providing everything guests need for a comfortable and practical stay.
Parking:
Although there is no designated parking for the flat, there is plenty of free on-street parking nearby.
Pet Rules:
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the flat and this is non-negotiable.

Its location also makes it a convenient base for exploring the surrounding coastline, enjoying scenic walks or travelling to nearby Berwick-upon-Tweed and other destinations across the Scottish Borders and Northumberland.
